The Wisdom Exchange

A monthly LGBTQ+ community lunch series

The Wisdom Exchange is an opportunity to come together around the shared experience of aging—sharing knowledge, planning ahead, and strengthening the networks of chosen family that have long helped the LGBTQ+ community care for one another across generations.

The series is open to adults of all ages—whether you are already retired, planning for retirement, supporting someone as a caregiver, or want to start planning for your future self.

Join us to kick off the series on July 14!

Each gathering includes time to connect with others, learn from guest presenters and community members, ask questions, and help shape the resources and support systems our community needs for the road ahead.

RSVPs are kindly requested for each event so we can prepare the space and lunch.

Learn the science-backed steps we can all build into our daily routines to support lifelong brain health — because it's never too early, or too late, to start.

Come ready to enjoy a light lunch, take part in hands-on activities led by CAM Connect, and plug in with your community, whether you're reuniting with old friends or making new ones.
